I loved my experience with the Cotswold Frock Shop. We had the added hiccough of dealing with a pandemic leading to my fittings having to be cancelled and moved around and not being able to have family/friends with me for some of the time. HOWEVER, Christine was SO communicative and lovely and Myra is an actual wizard doing all my amendments in less than ONE DAY. Also, the other girls in the shop were so helpful and friendly in guiding me through this experience with helpful tips and tricks for the big day. The items carried in the shop are just beautiful and unique. I found it very hard not to spend all my money!! Whilst I hope I don't need another wedding dress in the future, I will certainly be back for trinkets and occasion wear. Thank you so much :)

Lovely bridal shop and I found “the dress”. The staff were all really lovely and I was encouraged to try on dresses outside my comfort zone and ended up choosing a dress that I probably wouldn’t have bothered to try had or not been for the assistant.Picked up my dress recently and was given plenty of time to try it on and just enjoy wearing it.Would highly recommend.

As someone who had initially found wedding dress shopping more stressful than I anticipated, I instantly felt relaxed at the Cotswold Frock Shop; their dress selection was fantastic, they listened to what I liked (and didn't like), and there was never any pressure to feel a certain way about a dress.Special thanks have to go to Myra for the amazing alterations. The bead/lace work was impeccable, and I never thought it would be possible to feel so comfortable all day (walking and dancing with ease!) in a relatively big gown and train.A wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I can honestly say buying a wedding dress from the Cotswold Frock Shop was an amazing experience from start to finish! I booked online and found a dress that I loved on the website, when I rang up ruby checked if they had the dress and kept it aside for me to try on. As soon as I arrived me and my guests were made to feel so welcome and even greeted with a lovely glass of fizz! Ruby & Christine were so lovely and helpful, and they answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable during my fitting. They are both so knowledgeable and made the experience really lovely. Thank you so much - would highly recommend to everyone xx

I cannot explain how amazing my experience was. From the Greeting to leaving I felt welcomed and relaxed. Could not ask for better service! And I even got to say Yes to the Dress because the perfect dress was picked for me straight away ! Fantastic would recommend to anyone !

Absolutely fantastic morning at The Cotswold Frock Shop. Arrived with no clear idea of what might suit me. Christine was fabulous, funny and knew exactly what might suit me for maximum impact on my big day.She was honest and never put any pressure on me to hurry or purchase. Ultimately I left with a dress that I never thought would suit me but I’m delighted with my choice and there is plenty!Thank you Christine for making my experience so wonderful.

The women at The Frock Shop were absolutely fantastic, the shop was beautiful and cosy to be searching for a wedding dress yet they had so much choice! They were really reassuring when I was having trouble with my family and spilled a few tears and always made me feel like such a queen. I would highly recommend getting your dress from here, the service itself was also seamless, getting and changing appointments, steaming and altering the dress for me was such a peace of mind.

Amazing experience from start to finish.All of the women who helped me find my dress here were fantastic. Rosie was there for my first try on - her expertise were fantastic. She really listened and watched my reactions to narrow down exactly what I liked, even from the size of the straps and feel of material.I went to collect my dress today and had the two women helping me then were also fantastic, picking out different accessories to see what I liked.All in all, they're incredibly accommodating and welcoming along with an incredible amount of dresses to try!! The most magical experience.Thank you.

A wonderful space to see and try on the most amazing dresses, with my daughter the bride, the most helpful staff (Matilda)... and once the dress was chosen, the alterations and changes were made without fuss by the adorable Myra! Even last minute tears and changes were no trouble, and all was perfect! My mother of the bride accessories were even found here along with the bridal accessories, veil, hair vine and shoes.... Wonderful gem of a place xx ♥️ ♥️ thank you all xx
