I had my first Reiki session with Maria yesterday and I loved it. I felt so relaxed during the treatment & left feeling less stressed than when I got there. Maria was welcoming and made me feel comfortable and was happy to help with any questions I had.

I have gone to yoga classes for many years and Maria stands out as one of the very best. She is gentle, intuitive, calming but will support you to challenge yourself in a way appropriate for you. Her yin classes and workshops are a slice of paradise- calming, relaxing, and full of inspiring words of wisdom. My mind and body feels looser, relaxed and rejuvenated after any of her classes. Much needed for a menopausal woman in her 50’s !! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

A superbly relaxing experience! This was a birthday gift and we weren't sure what to expect of a singing bowls sound bath, but Maria's gentle professionalism put us instantly at ease. Even our dog got in on the act; heaving a couple of deep sighs before falling asleep to the beautiful sounds and vibrations. We highly recommend this for those who need to bring their adrenalin levels down and re-set for everyday life. We only wish we could do it every day! Thank you, Maria, for this little oasis of calm in our bonkers lives! What better gift than that?
