Every week I feel growth!I have never experienced this type of therapy before, (IFS) and with the kind and supportive energy Carly holds I feel very open to explore freely.Each session I find myself super refreshed by the energy and self- love am lovingly guided through.I also have accompanied my therapy with reiki healing to balance my energy , and it was a throughly fruitful experience giving me deep relaxation.The best thing I have done to regulate myself in years...
