If you want to be lied to about future plans, treated with contempt after purchasing a house and be ignored by smug directors who don't care about those who have already bought - go ahead. At least be aware as they will tell you anything to get a sale.

Shocking company , bought a ground floor flat , soundproofing quality is atrocious!!! I can literally hear everything above me , feet , people moving around , blinds being opened , it’s like they didn’t put any sound proofing in , should have been a solid concrete floor between levels !!! Oh you won’t hear a thing !!! They will tell you anything to get a sale !!! After sales is shocking also , 5 years old building needing tiles and guttering repaired already !!!! Won’t ever buy from these lot ever again!!!!!

Absolute bunch of cowboys. They may build 'perfectly good homes' but they build them on places which are not suitable. They build houses with no consideration for other residents around, not installing proper drainage which leaves other houses in a state. When you contact CALA you get no response because they are SCARED of the consequences. This company should definitely be one that should have gone into administration years ago! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They shouldn't even have one star. BOYCOTT CALA NO HOMES!!

Bought a Cala house, looked lovely but went against a friend’s advice to get a professional snagger in, big mistake! It took Cala 18months to finally fix a shower leak from day one due to shocking plasterboard, tile fitting and tray instal! Heating pipes have leaked 3 times causing thousands of £sss of damage to which Cala have not been interested. Cheap and badly fitted PVC windows fitted which are drafty, cold and noise rattles through them, the list goes on, 5star house builder they are not!

Great sales. After care is terrible. Have had a leaking roof for the second time for 8 days and being told they might do it this week or next. One of their directors stays on the same site. Wonder if he would get the same service I am getting.
