The Eco Monkey
I have attended a few events hosted by Holly now. Forest bathing, a breathwork session and recently my very first ice bath. Holly's sessions are a wonderful way to connect to your inner self, often with nature closely entwined, and be amazed what our bodies are capable of. Wholeheartedly recommend to spend the day with Holly, through any of her events. You won't regret it and come away grounded and inspired.
