My old car needed scrapping unexpectedly, and at 6 months pregnant this was a stress. Harry was brilliant, friendly, knowledgable and re-assuring. I bought a Renault Captur which I love and the car was spruced up to a lovely standard. The personal touch is so important, as I don’t know a great deal about cars but Harry was patient with that. Would highly recommend and will return to the garage for MOT/work in the future. Having someone local and friendly is so important - thanks

We bought a car from Irby Motors and couldnt be happier with everything about our car and this excellent company. Such a shame we can only give 5 stars, would quadruple that if we could. Harry looked after us, we visited several times looking at cars and decided on a Honda Jazz. Bought a Volvo just over a month ago and couldn't be happier with it. The care and attention given to me by Bill, Harry and the team was second to none and I was looked after from start to finish. That is a great comfort. I had looked further afield for a car but decided to keep it local, I'm glad I did. Highly recommended dealership with a very customer oriented outlook. My old car was unreliable and aftee a change in circumstances I needed something a bit better! I had a look online before visiting them in person, they asked specifically what I wanted from a car and were able to recommend options dependant on what I thought was most important. After choosing, I paid a deposit and picked the car up a week later after a full service. They did all the paperwork and it was so easy. My family have had cars from them in the past and have never had a problem, I'm sure I will be back I a few years when its time for my next new car!

My car broke down 2 days ago - We called Irby motors who fitted it in that day and said it would need a new radiator and some other bits doing to it.The part arrived yesterday. Despite being very busy, Adam then completed the work today which has enabled me to get my car back which is needed forEmergency home visits as a GP. Not only that, Adam then drove my car to our house on his lunch break today to avoid my husband having to walk in the rain to get it!!Absolute top quality service, highly recommend.

Excellent company. I have just bought my daughter a run-around car, an old Toyota Aygo. The sales team and mechanics were friendly to deal with and no pressure selling. They spent time to prepare the car perfectly so she has a great little car which is clean and tidy with full MOT etc. A small issue occurred in the first few weeks which they fixed within 24 hours. Very reliable garage and I will go back there when I next need a car and I recommend them.

Highly recommend Irby Motors for great customer service. We no longer needed a second car following retirement. Bill came out to look at the car, worked out a fair price and came to collect it when he said he would. Great people to deal with, thanks Bill
