Having purchased a car recently a small problem occurred with it, I contacted Chris and within a couple of hours the issue was resolved, I also received a follow up call later from the company to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This is Zwhat I call service and would recommends visiting A4 when looking to purchase a vehicle

Shockingly bad customer service. Owner barely acknowledged we were even there. He was dismissive and rude, then he accused me and my partner of stealing the keys to the car after we went for the world's shortest test drive (not our decision) He was extremely rude to her and a shouting match ensued with myself, with his son lurking in the background. At one point I thought he was going to go for me! Felt intimated, dismissed, looked down on etc Appalling behaviour. Not what you expect when you are going to be handing over thousands of hard earned money. Well he didn't get ours today. We travelled all the way from Somerset for this stressful experience. He was happy to take our refundable deposit, but left us waiting in the cold for nearly half an hour until he gave it back. AVOID!!!! Sad, pathetic, paranoid little man, with a goon of a son to do his dirty work. Place stinks of dodginess, no wonder they are paranoid about keys. Probably p#ssed a fair few people off....

I was pushed to pay a deposit by them for a car i was 100% interested in buying but unfortunately the finance deal didn’t work out. To say the least I had to ARGUE with a man on the phone as to why i would like my deposit back and had to get in contact with them 5 different times by phone and email. I paid the deposit in December 2022 and didn’t get it back until Feb 2023. If i knew I had to fight to get my money back I would have never paid the deposit in the first place.Bad customer service, however I'm sure their cars are decent due to other reviews.

Amazing company! Highly recommend. They really are a unique company compared to other dealerships. I bought my first car from them - a fiat 500s & I love it so much. Immaculate cars, very helpful people & they have such a great stock of cars - you should definitely go to them if you are looking for high quality, well looked after used cars! I will definitely be back again :) thank you to the staff who were so helpful!

Exceptional service from Peter and Chris. As a first time driver and buyer, they took the time to explain all I needed to know in terms of usage and maintenance. The car was in pristine condition too, exactly as advertised. A 10 out of 10 from me on all fronts. I highly recommend them for a stress-free purchase.

Very poor customer service! Very interested in purchasing a Nissan Qashqai from the dealer, called up to check we could look at it and that we were local so would be arriving soon, owner said that was fine. The car was parked at the back of unit but with space to open all doors. We had previously owned one and so knew how it drove and the rough space available but seeing as we are a larger family with 3 children we wanted to see if our car seats fitted. Rather than being accommodating, the owner was rude and unwilling to help us. We were extremely interested in purchasing that car but his rude attitude means we will excluding that business from our search. He was NOT helpful at all.

I can only presume a lot of these positive reviews aren’t genuine. Kicking myself that I didn’t trust my hunch when I arrived to pick up the car.Long story short, whatever pre-sale inspection they carry out didn’t spot the car needed new rear discs and pads. My son’s first car so thought it best make sure he could actually brake.Two of the four tyres had also perished and needed replacing but that’s my fault for not checking properly.Weird atmosphere at pick up. Chris the cleaner guy seemed lovely and eager to please but Ben seemed angry and kept referring to me as ‘the customer’ even though I was in the room. Not the best personal touch. Interesting to read other reviews referring to their grumpiness.His Dad phoned while I was waiting in the office. Not knowing he was on speaker he only seemed bothered in confirming if ‘he’s taking the extra warranty.’Warranty by the way that doesn’t cover anything in the first 30 days and probably very little after that to be honest.Kicking myself that I didn’t just walk away but you live and learn. The warning signs were there all ending in the classy touch of selling you a car that’s barely got enough fuel to get you to the petrol station up the road.Maybe some people strike lucky with cars there but I’d avoid like the plague.I contacted the garage to remind them to send me the Auto Trader review link they mentioned when I was there. Strangely, I’ve had no response.Good luck.

The most unorganised garage we have ever come across. We asked if we could pay a deposit as we couldn’t get there until the weekend to look at this car. They said ‘yes, £200 by bank transfer’ so we paid it (after they deliberated about it for a day). No response from them, no confirmation they had the payment - nothing. We had to phone multiple times before we got a response and finally had some half hearted story about the gearbox needed to be inspected, so we needed to cancel the viewing. If we hadn’t phoned, we would have just turned up. Fast forward a few days and they still hadn’t given us back the £200, we had to phone AGAIN to get it back - what unorganised mess is this garage? If we hadn’t chased, would you just have stolen the £200?! And finally, the truth is, they had forgotten they had taken our deposit and had just sold the car; it was taxed and insured a mere days later - if we were just told the truth and refunded immediately, it wouldn’t have been a problem. I don’t care they have 5 stars from others, I guess once people get past the grumpiness and disorganised nature of the garage, the cars themselves are OK. Would not recommend otherwise.

I brought a van from them it was everything they said it was . A really good deal. Plus there was half a tank of fuel. A good family business
