Found the right car at the nearly right price which was then adjusted to reflect what we wanted to pay.First time we have bought a car online. We weren't able to to travel to see the car but were willing to accept the description of the car's condition, which turned out to be very accurate.The car was delivered as per our schedule by people who were very personable and knowledgeable about the car. Including novel car keys - nice!The Bells Volvo team ensured that the details were handled efficiently, including the paperwork.In all it was a great experience.We have over the years bought many cars and also worked in technology and service environments. Low quality fault finding service. Use another dealership !!After eventually getting through on the phone following 5 attempts at calling and leaving messages, I managed to book my car in for diagnostics check. Despite explaining and detailing the works already carried out previously fault finding, the technician decided to retest them all again and surprisly came up with the same fault. He then run out of time to check other possibilities and update the software as requested. Practically said computer says no !!". Only interested in getting more money.Sourly staff on the Servicing desk were equally unhelpful."
