He was always at hand to respond to questions or work with our availability for viewing or sending across documentation, even arranging a follow-on viewing. It meant our experience of a rental property search was a breeze and we did not feel any pain of having to shuttle between cities endlessly. Moreover, Abu was super timely with respect to getting the referencing checks started, thus putting our minds at ease. Finally, I would like to point out that communicating with Abu is a pleasure as he is courteous and precise. Selling and buying is never an experience anyone of us looks forward to.
