Bring back the old staff who knew what they were doing (James and Adam and a couple of the old faces that have gone). Young bloke there with tattoos just sits there on his phone, clearly not wanting to be there, the other members of staff don’t know what is going on, or how to use the computers or what about any of the phones

Have been a Vodafone customer for over twenty years. Had a problem with my new phone. Couldn't speak to a human. Contact unsuccessful. Will be moving provider. ABSOLUTELY BLOODY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Won’t do credit check for someone living in a hotel changed their rules because 5 years ago in Fleet they did I got a contract. With no service at all here this place is destined to end up like the other big four in Ely no store just collect your phone from a warehouse.

I've been with Vodafone for years and still much prefer to go into the shop to actually speak to the staff, who are always friendly and polite, over the internet. There is usually a queue, but never too long that I have walked out.

After hours on line trying to talk to a computer that doesn't listen to sort out problems with sim card I called at ely store and sorted in minutes, well done and big thanks to Harry
