Always enjoy playing here, great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. For a council run course, Beauchief is always in lovely condition and despite it's short distance, offers plenty of challenge for golfers.

A challenging golf course with some tricky holes. The 11th hole par 3 over a pond to an elevated green is a stand out hole. It's may only be a short course but it It's a test for any golfer.

Very poor course. Absolutely terrible condition, greens are ploughed fields, still on temp greens for several holes even in May! Plenty of greens crossing the tee box so you're waiting consistently. Not particularly challenging. But most of all, outrageously over priced at £25 for twilight golf for such a poor course. Tinsley, birley and tapton are far far far better.

A very affordable golf club with excellent Seniors and Ladies sections. Par 67 is not a long course but by no means easy.

Quirky course - not long overall, but some really challenging par 3s. Recent work on the greens stopped me giving 5 stars, but a really enjoyable round.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Charging £24 with 6 winter greens and water logged fairways is a disgrace. We noticed the flag at half mast. We assume some one had died from a heart attack when you told them it was £24.I know it’s off season golf but it feels like the course has been abandoned and you can’t be charging full price when Birley is 10 times better condition and only £10

Very pretentious everyone seems to think they are entitled at this course and if you think your going to get round in under 4 hours think again! There is numerous amounts of 4 balls that are over 80 and like to make the most of every minute on the course. Normally we can get round most in 3 hours max but we abandoned the course on the 14th hole after 4hours and 30 mins. Course is lovely just ashame about the members and people running the tee times
