P & F Safepac Co Ltd

We had a very poor experience with this firm sadly & it caused us a lot of stress. They are a logistics company operating way beyond their capacity. They are not a full service professional removal firm. We tipped all of the workers well but in the end they didn’t complete the job and left us with a complete mess that has cost us money to sort out. We also needed proof of delivery for an insurance claim for damages and they just never sent the correct document.

The first crew were quick so we were initially impressed, the second screwed around and took 8 hours just to pack storage items that were already boxed. At the very end one guy got mad at his coworker for not helping and threw our outdoor furniture on the concrete. Arrived back to United States and realized these guys also suck at packing! Smashed designer purses and ball gowns inside drawers and didnt event pack my ball gowns or belts that were hanging in a flat clothing box. Also did not wrap put mattress bags so nail holes snagged and ended up in all mattresses and all out gym mats had gashes. and were completely bent out of shape. Military, DO NOT BID ON THESES GUYS OR WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! We initially chose them because they were so professional dropping our items off when we arrived to England. Claims will be filed!

No idea what they are like as a removal company but I had the misfortune to incur a mouthful of abuse from one of their kamikaze drivers who took exception to the fact that he had to slow down to negotiate a narrow gap when the single lane I was in was stationary due to an accident. A complaint to the company produced a sickening we have great faith in our drivers" response. Good luck if you upset this particular driver when he's had a bad day."

We were supposed to receive our belongings all in one delivery. That was what anybody would have expected... Unfortunately, we learnt on the day we were supposed to receive everything that they had unexpectedly wrongly estimated the volume of our stuff and that they subcontracted part of the trip to another company whose truck could not carry everything. What a pity for us ... ! More than a month and plenty of phone calls and promisses later, we are still waiting and start to think that they simply don't intend to carry the remaining boxes and plants. Yes, this is theft. So, avoid those guys who are not just uncompetent but also dishonest.

The last time I had moved it was an absolutely terrible experience which I try to forget. However, from the very beginning I felt extremely confident with SafePac. When the Damien, Tony, and Rag showed up, they were the funniest and most professional moving team I had ever met.They packed a 3-Bedroom house in around five hours and took great care and thought in each item they packed.I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking to safely and efficently move their household goods. I would abaolutely use them again.

My shipment cleared customs on 13th October 2023 and was delivered to my home in Lancashire on 9th November 2023. This intolerable delay was made far more stressful by the lack of information from Safe Pac. What little I got from them only happened because I continually pestered them with phone calls and emails. Had I not done this I have no doubt that my belongings would still be languishing in a warehouse somewhere.This shipment came from Dubai, UAE. The final leg of this epic journey, which was the responsibility of Safe Pac was the final 200 miles or so across the UK and this took almost as long as the first leg, in a shipping container from the Middle East.No explanation has ever been offered for this intolerable delay.

I recently had SafePac movers bring my things to my new apartment, who were contracted out by a larger international moving company. None of them were wearing masks and after I asked them to wear them they did not comply, just completely ignored me, so they moved in all the boxes without masks. Incredibly unprofessional of the company to be indoors and not wearing masks. Furthermore, they stacked boxes in ridiculous ways (see photos) that caused damage to my belongings.

Excellent service very helpful helped my elderly disabled friend move to smaller accommodation and Richard and colleagues were amazing. I would highly recommend them.

The team were swift and efficient at the job. There were no noticeable issues during their stay, were quick and clean and packed well. would recommend to use them again *especially Andy and Tony! The pics show some of the work they done but wasn't all.

They moved a tenant into my house and on the way out drove through my brand new fence causing £300 worth of damage. The driver admitted liability and gave me a number to ring so I did. Nick Pearson told me to get a quote and let him know how much it was and it would be sorted. I got a quote and rang him back and he wasn't there so I told the man who answered to tell him and give me a ring back which he never did! I rang again and Nick was unavailable again but I was told again he would ring me and not to worry we know all about it. We'll im still waiting for that phone call after a week! What a shower of sh@t!!!
