This store displays cases and keeps the discs behind counter. This is fine, except they have a hard time locating their own stock and I have been told multiple times this year that they can't find the discs for the items I wanted. Complete waste of time going in at all

Called into on Friday bought a dvd boxset which was soppose to be series 1 series 2 but instead I was given 2 series 1 in the boxset with 1 disc from series 2,, I had asked staff member if all discs were in the box she said yes,, staff member lied to me then another staff member with dark hair and glasses told me if any issues bring it back,, the girl that served me laughed at me as I was leaving..

It is really good. Prices are weak though because sometimes the 2nd hand price is the same or more than buying the game new. It is mostly packed but the 50p movie rack is my favourite because it is sooo cheap.

“Human error” cost me £45. Trading in a phone, was quoted £118 cash. Agreed to come back 45min later while it got tested. Value then had dropped to £73 - when I questioned this and enquired the reason for this, I was simply told the original assistant must have given me the wrong quote based on that they may have inputted the wrong device information - even though I watched her scan the box etc, and she confirmed £118. Kept being told “human error”, which I said had cost me £1 per minute while I walked about the city centre waiting in the rain. No real appreciation by the assistant to see things from my perspective and I felt obligated by myself to take the £73, as I had already wasted my time in town, which I could’ve used instead to get a quote from Game. No apologies, just “human error” which I should just deal with. Asked for this to be passed on to management but based on the attitude of the assistant, I’m not confident this will happen, which is why I’ve written this review.

I took my AirPods into this store and was told that they were fake. I then took them to Apple who assured me they were real so I took them to the cex store in the Kennedy centre who also said they were real. Would not recommend bringing any electronic devices the this store as they clearly are incapable of doing there job correctly.

They gave a good price for my video card GTX 1080 TI. Better price than Cash Converter.
