I had previously tried with another school, but had nothing but problems, which really knocked my confidence with driving. Dave was my instructor, and he made it his goal to build my confidence from the start.Dave put me at ease with funny stories and anecdotes that helped me to understand the challenges of driving a large vehicle. We started by driving a very big class 2 wagon, which gave me a feel for how to handle a large vehicle. We also practiced reversing and driving on the motorway. We even drove down the coast taking advantage of the sunny days.Dave was patient and encouraging, and he always made sure that I was comfortable with the material before we moved on. I felt like I was learning at a good pace, and I was able to overcome any challenges that I faced.I passed my Class 2 test first time with only 9 minors. I'm very grateful to Dave for his help, and I would highly recommend Driving Lives to anyone who is looking to learn to drive a large vehicle.Rating: 4.5 stars (only losing half a star for the dad jokes and FOC lessons in cheesy chat up lines)
