It's ok. Not as easy as it used to be when the buses actually came into the park and ride site. Now there are 2 buses you can get, confusingly they seem to pick up at different bus stops on the return trip which is not ideal

Unclear directions. Walk through the gap in the hedge and head for the main road to catch the bus. Stood in the car park for a long time waiting for the bus until a gentleman told me which way to go.

Racecourse Park and Ride
Buses are no longer just for park and ride and you have to go out to the roadside to catch the buses. The bus drivers don't always know the prices for the p+r ticket and it's not clear how to use the system and route.I went on a Saturday morning and it was dead, which was a surprise as previously it'd always been packed. I think people don't like the new system so they're not using it as much. Feels like a wasteful downgrade.

Racecourse Park and Ride
Parking is free, and buses to Nottingham are regular, but last bus back is around 7pm. I returned to my car a little after 8pm and the gate was locked. Luckily they didn't make me pay the signed £25 to open the gate again.

Just got on the bus for park and ride and be mindful you have to have the exact change as no change given?? The cost was £4 and I gave a £5 note but no change given?

This park and ride should only be used if you want access the city centre; not the station, courts and the southern part of the city which needs two bus journeys.

Plenty of available parking and only a few yards to the bus stop with a n excellent service into town.
