St Albans Delivery Office

No delivery to AL55BA post Codes Batford Estate Area Told short of postman delivery every other day Not true nothing for over 7 daysIf this is so whole of Harpenden should be every other day not just us.

Would be just a bit helpful if the listing was updated when it's not going to be open. Wasted petrol on icy roads to get there and find a sign on the door!! Tsk

I have a card on 31.12.20 informed me of a missed delivery, I went to my local post office to collect on 2.1.21, I was told they do not have it and I need to go back on Monday. I went back on Monday, I was told they don't have it and I need to go to the post Office in Ashley Road as the parcel may have been returned there, which was about 6 or 7 miles away. Eventually I went to Ashley Road today, the lady there Mary couldn't be more helpful, even though she couldn't locate my parcel, I know she has done her best for me, and this is all anyone could asked for. Mary has told me she will refer my missing parcel to her manager. Thank you Mary, you are a star. Happy new year to you and your colleagues x. If your manager could come back to me with a your branch code, I will complete a feedback form online, thank you

Three lovely friendly ladies today helped me with my parcel. One came outside to greet my dog, made my day ☺️ thank you.

Closed on a Monday afternoon. I had a 48 tracked that the post office couldn’t accept, so had to drive over to the depot-4:30 and shut!!! Now my 48 parcel seems to be floating around with the tracking constantly changing. Never again will I send a package via Royal Mail!

For years and years they have been muddling our address up with another house of the same number, but a different road in our area. The latest letter was a VACCINE INVITATION which I have just walked round with myself. The resident of the other house has been doing the same for us.Complaints have been made to postmen and the sorting office and STILL it happens. NOT GOOD ENOUGHA VERY poor review. I would have preferred to put 0 stars actually.

Absolutely terrible, always delivering to the wrong addresses. Maybe reading the address and name would help before handing the parcels to any random addresses.

Useless, can't find 24h tracked parcel for 5 days that got lost in depot. Never again.

According to the website and Google, the delivery office is open, but went to collect a parcel, its not open. No signage anywhere to say why ?? Useless, Royal Mail is rubbish these days

I have driven there 3 times. The plack on the side of the door is wrong. The times on Google are wrong it's a joke.
