Although the work done was satisfactory, £75 for resetting my laptop from Blue screen in my opinion is expensive. I would advise getting other estimates, as I should have done, before using this repairer.

I needed a very quick repair on my iPhone screen, the guy in the shop assured me that they use high quality replacement screens. The screen they fitted was low quality, the brightness had to be set to max to see it and it drained the battery like crazy. The service was quick and efficient but I sold the iPhone cheap the next week and bought a new one due to the poor screen.

Three weeks to fix my phone screen. Fobbed off with excuse after excuse after me chasing them. Shoddy work when phone was finally repaired, I use that word loosely. Screen now cracked to bits again after it been knocked on the back of the phone, the screen wasn't even knocked!! Will never be taking my custom there again nor recommend it to others. I will now have to take my phone to a reputable place to get repaired properly.

I must admit having read some of the reviews I was very hesitant about using this place. How wrong I was, this is a classic example of judge someone for yourself. Having been round half a dozen places to try and get my Epson workforce £200 printer fixed, all to no avail as they all said bin it and buy another one, even Epson!! Chris at Coltron Computers just told me to leave it with him and he would do his best. I now have my printer back working better than when I first bought it, Chris is a lovely guy who I would thoroughly recommend without hesitation. Lesson to be learnt, don't believe all bad reviews you see you on something judge for yourself.

Absolute rip off merchants, dropped off iPad to reset, had to visit shop as they promised to ring. Then he says needs Apple ID which I explained when dropping off I didn’t have. Still took £25 which he kept and iPad still is same state.

I can not rate them more highly. Desktops, laptops and phones, buying new, refurbs and repairs. Still a returning customer after 20+ years. I think that says a lot !
