Explore Gymnastics

My daughter has been with Carys and her team of fantastic coaches for a couple of years now and I can honestly say it's the most supportive, inspiring, inclusive and enthusiastic bunch of people I have ever seen in a gymnastics environment. She has learned so many techniques without feeling pressured at any stage and all in a nurturing, safe, and most importantly fun environment. So much so that it has inspired my daughter to want to go into the realms of coaching as she knows how it makes her feel to be so supported and she already wants to help others feel that way. Explore really is the full package and I am so happy that we found them after a few failed gym clubs that were all about the elite gymnasts only. To make it even more special I have been able to get back into gymnastic as Carys now runs an adult gym class too and that has the same energy and supportive environment as the kid's classes which is wonderful for us who haven't done any kind of gymnastics for 35+ years. I can't honestly recommend Explore enough, they are truly, truly the best gymnastics club I have ever experienced!

Explore Gymnastics is an excellent club. Carys and the other instructors are very attentive and helpful with the children. They make gymnastics fun. My daughter has gained a huge amount of confidence since going to this club. She is also hyper mobile and the exercises and activities have really strengthened her hips and legs. I can't fault this club and would recommend to anyone

I took my 6 year old daughter along to the outdoor sessions over the Easter holidays she suffers with really bad anxiety and confidence after the first session she couldn't wait to go back again! She learnt and achieved so much in the session and Carys was so welcoming and friendly, I booked her onto the Saturday session at Pontprennau and it has helped with her anxiety so much she now for the first time ever tells me she's proud of herself and has come on so much they've even noticed it having a positive effect at school! She looks forward to gymnastics all week highly recommended

Head Coach Carys, Aurora and her team are amazing with the Gymnasts. So supportive and dedicated to each child, they make all the classes fun and varied whilst also working towards their individual goals. My daughter has been going for a few years now and loves it!

Amazing Club the coaches are fantastic and not only are they teaching gymnastic skills but also important skills for teamwork. My little girl has gained so much confidence from being part of this club. All equipment is cleaned, safe and they adapt the equipment accordingly to the individual child's skill level. Can't recommend enough!

Wow what can I say . My daughter has loved every second at explore gymnastics, making new friends, Learning new skills and building in confidence week by week and smiling her way through class. The classes are always fun, encouraging and challenging.I'm so great full that I can keep track of her progress week by week and her gymnastics coach (Carys) is always available for advice/ feed back.We also feel very safe during this very strange covid times.Thank you

Explore gymnastics is great for children. The coaches are fantastic. What I love about the classes is everyone is treated the same,regardless of ability. No one is made to feel their not good enough and there is no pressure. Each child is special and potential is seen which in return grows the child. The coaches also listen to the parents and enjoy feedback feedback action on it. I can't recommend the club enough.
