Lived at a property managed" by this so called letting agent.. failed to do any sort of inspection

I have dealt with many management companies over the past few years but manor properties is the most professional,efficient and helpful company by far. Any problems are dealt with immediately,rents are collected promptly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have used Manor Property to manage our house for six years now and their service has always been prompt, professional and in a word, EXCELLENT.There have been problems with a tenant not paying rent which needed a great deal of monitoring, chasing and plenty of paperwork but we were always kept informed by Stuart who does a great job. We also had a catastrophe when the weight of snow on the roof caused extensive damage to the property but again staff were extremely helpful in dealing with quotes and monitoring repairs to get the house back in one piece.Whether it be getting the house cleaned & ready for a new let or finding a new tenant Manor Property can always be relied on to deliver. A big thank you to all the staff & particularly Stuart who always gives a great service.

I would not even like to give them 1 star (but cant write a review unless you do). 2 months of failing to return calls, hanging phone up on me, failed to reply to countless emails. failed to tell inform me that the tenant had moved out failed to tell council the tenant had moved out. failed to pay rents owed 3 months wort and no explanation. absolute shambles, do not touch with a barge pole. And worst of all did not manage the property with any inspections. need thousands spent on it now.

Zero out of Ten. Their way of dealing with a problem is to tell you to go away and contact Sunderland Council, they then hang up. I live in the same street as one of their so called managed" properties. I rang to inform them of the rubbish strewn front path and asked when it would be removed. They were very rude and refused to answer my question and hung up on me. Worst of all they are trying to let this property in this shocking state. Property also has broken and unsafe step rail and is in need of a good paint. I also left a review on their facebook page with photographs of the rubbish. Surprise

Very rude unhelpful staff from the moment I walked into the branch. You don’t know the meaning you of customer service just lack of it.
