My car failed on the way to Liverpool. This garage not only offered me next day service but fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them. They were also courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Have had 3 jobs done by MB Liverpool over the past few years and have always been happy with their service. Have found their work done to a high standard and cheaper than the main dealer. I've also recommend them to many of my friends and colleagues.My car failed it's MOT last week at a local garage. I called MB Liverpool, to get a price for the required work and was told I'd be called back with a price. Nobody did call me back. I tried calling them another two times over the next couple of days and also sent them an email asking for a quote and left my phone number. I've still not had a call back 6 days on.Ended up going to the main dealer who fitted me in today.I'm very disappointed and more than likely won't use them again or recommend them.

Absolutely incredible people over at MB Liverpool, had to recently get a customers car in to get diagnosed for a fault and Scott and the team really looked after us, tried their best to find the fault, kept us updated along the process and did not let us down,Could not recommend these guys any more if I tried, will be using these guys for all our specialist cars.Thankyou MB Liverpool

Called yesterday regarding a chaises warning light, mange’s to get me in the following morning , called at lunch time with the diagnostic and had repaired by 4 pm.This has happened twice now, outstanding service.BMW X5

Fab service and Paula was extremely welcoming as not been before to have work done. Very diligent and good communication throughout when the car was in.I will definitely be back to get my Mercedes taken care of there and also totally recommend the prompt efficient service delivered.

Called up for a service on my BMW 335D an they were able to book me in the next day. When I dropped the car off at 8:30 the garage was busy an was told the car won’t be ready until later on in the afternoon. Fair enough, was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call at 10:50 to say the car was ready for collection. Professional, quick and easy customer service. Would definitely recommend and will be using MB again.

Great company and so much cheaper than your usual BMW dealerships.Quoted me a price and stuck to it despite having to do an additional days work.Definitely worth a visit as they have all the diagnostic equipment needed.
