Superb! I've been to many tanning salons in London and back in my home country before but this is the one I always come back to. Not only because of clean and powerful sunbeds but because of hospitality of the lady working there. Shame on me for forgetting her name as she remembered mine without me touching the finger reader when coming back there after over a year. She's super lovely, respectful and helpful!

Staff are very helpful & friendly told me about the discount I could get as I have a Victoria card . Lovely & clean & I always buy & use their creams

I must say Tanning is on another level when you have a good consultant I have visited the Belgravia store and was served by a young lady with long black hair whose name is Karoulin. I was not only impressed with her patience and how well she explained in details what’s best to do and how to maintain a good tan but also with the level of hygiene in store in general , as soon as i walked through the door the whole store smelled amazing , her smile and positivity is contagious! , thank you (the tanning shop)I guess the place was too inviting it has become my favourite place to have a good tan .

The best tanning shop I’ve been to so far! Plenty of beds and a fabulous space to enjoy and relax while tanning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

The customer service was excellent, but this store uses really old beds which do not have adequate air conditioning in. There is also no air conditioning in the building, which is completely outside my experience of tanning studios. I noticed at the end of my session that there was a crack in the bed which is really concerning!

Thought they were ok until I went last time. Ordered my usual 10 min and couldn't stand the heat past 6. All i got was 'sorry the tubes are hot today' from the staff. No compensation. Not even a warning to book less minutes before I went in. Disappointing!

The best beds I've probably used in London, you can get a glowing tan with few sessions. The customer service is great! Specially gorgeous Karolina! she's so professional with recommendations,advice, always smiling and polite to every customer

Best equipment in England. Experts are extremely professional when it comes to specific tanning recommendations. Team members are the best sales and customer service consultants you can find in London. I have nothing bad to say about personalised service, guidance and expertise. Experience is a good standard. Thank you so much for making the best out of these difficult times. I have seen people standing around the salon just to get desired tan! It is impressive how consultants are able to manage such a high volume of customers. They definitely need a pay rise!!! Or at least bonus for working during these times, with such an extreme volume of people and limiting regulations. Thank you for staying strong and delivering service.

Go there 2,3 times a week. Noce staff and good machines. Good discounts and promotions and big variety of creams. The machines are skin friendly and there are many machines stand up and lau down. Also spray tan and water free after the tanning session. Takena friend andnearn 5 pounds credit
