Answered phone, tried to figure out issue over the phone to save a double callout and gave immediate approximate date to complete repair. Phoned later in the evening on the same day with diary to confirm.Arrived early to appointment, completed job whilst explaining/showing what went wrong, tested to make sure it worked. Excellent all around work and very friendly to boot.Highly recommended.

Excellent for Bosch dishwashers, engineer really knows his stuff about how to fix them and keep them going including quirky details like the door seal leaking into the sump and triggering the water warning

Washing machine door wouldn’t open and there was no power. Jeremy asked a lot of questions over the phone to try and udentify fault, no luck. He cane out same day nit sure what fault was but got machine working and it has been fine since. Very reasonable would certainly be my go-to in future.

Jeremy Fry the owner of this business is a true gentlemanNot only was he very honest and extremely knowledgeable but he was incredibly caring and considerate and amazing value for money.Our Bosch washing machine heating element had failed and tripped our electrics in the house. Jeremy popped over and amazingly sorted it out on the day. Jeremy can fix a variety of electronic items. Call him if he can’t help you he will let you know ....!Thanks Jeremy

Jeremy fixed our Kenwood mixer which we thought may be irreparable and he done a great job at a very reasonable rate. He was very responsive, helpful and professional. I would recommend and would not hesitate to use again if needed in the future.

What a great guy and so knowledgeable about white goods. Repaired our 15year old washing machine with new drain pumps and its good as new. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Engineer Jeremy came out promptly to look at our Hotpoint washing machine which was leaking water. Friendly, easy going and very professional and thorough. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed there and then. Highly technical, very honest and new his stuff. Also very reasonably priced. Impressed. Would definitely recommend and would use again. They do repairs and maintenance on all large kitchen electrical appliances.

Great experience I phoned explained over the phone what’s happening with my washing machine and advised over the phone that I would need a new washing machine as too costly to repair.Great service considering could have come to my home and charged a call out fee for the great advice :)

Prompt response to telephone enquiry and Jeremy booked a visit for 2 days later having made a provisional diagnosis over the phone - which proved to be 100% correct. Reasonable charge and fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely use again.
