Firstly I have a lot of CT products.BUT I’m on my second pillow talk lipstick (which I love) . Not that they run out but the lids break.It took a month and a lot of my time to get them to replace the first one. It shouldn’t be that hard. I was pushed from pillar to post. Probably as I had bought in store. On line said they couldn’t help. In store wanted me to go in and swap. I bought in Covent Garden. Live in the north. The north concessions wouldn’t help, despite having a receipt.So now lipstick no2 has a broken lid. They don’t click shut, so I can’t take it out with me.Shame. I don’t think I will purchase another lipstick.

Great experience getting my makeup done. Amber was amazing and listened to my preferences, I left feeling great and the makeup was lovely. I got lots of compliments all night long - thanks Amber!
