I understand it’s busy today. But I went to get my upper lip threaded . And the worker had to tell her to slow down and she cut my lip was awful experience and she was more concerned about the lady who was next and made her sat on the seat whilst I was cleaning up my cut up lip on mirror directly in front of the seat

Such bad customer service!!!…the place is run by idiots. Made a phone booking for waxing. But when i got there a girl of no older than 15/16 year old told me that she can only do half the job because it will take to long for her and if i could come back in tomorrow lol?!?! Seriously waste of time!

I went for eyebrow threading and it was so so so much painful that I can’t explain. I had multiple cuts as well. I believe that the staff they don’t have any adequate experience. Please avoid.

Do not go I just went after growing my eyebrows out for 2 months. The first thing I said was I don’t want them any thinner than they are. I have grown out my eyebrows for 2 months for the girl to change the shape and make them pencil thin! There response was they will grow out!!!! I would not ever recommend this place
