De Royal Banquet Hall
Owner was very aggressive towards guests when the host questioned why his deposit would be taken away due a door that was opened although the security guard at the hall gave permission to do so. Thereafter he proceeded to argue with a number a guests in a barbaric manner. Finally he said he will give the deposit back but has still yet to do so and is ignoring the hosts call. Stay away from this hall. An absolute nightmare!

Despicable behaviour from the owners as we were accused of opening the emergency door and they refused to return the deposit. Totally my gutted for my friend and his family. I was merely a guest and was horrified by their treatment to the host

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by the owners of the hall. They treated us in a outrageous manner and accused us for doing something we didn’t do. The conditions of the hall was very poor and initially we had to clean everything before decorating the hall.

I personally wouldn't book this hall for a big Nigerian Trad wedding, it's good for birthday celebrations, naming /christening, dinner party, a gala etc. There isn't a private room provided for the celebrant of the day. The event I attended , the bride getting ready with other in the kitchen provided. The kitchen provided has microwave and oven so your food can be saved hot to the guest. The hall Itself is not very spacious. The hallway to the toilet is quite tight so it's a one way traffic to the toilet and difficult to get back into the hall. There's plenty of parking. But there was just not plenty of room to move around or even dance freely.

We used the hall for the graduation ceremony of my kids and the experience from the beginning to the end was amazing. The space in the hall, the kitchen and the little changing room were just so spot on. Thank you Mr. Kay.

This venue is great for any event with a capacity of about 200 people. There are changing room facilities and a bar area and the kitchen is also very big with microwave and oven available. There is also lots of parking space.The team there are very friendly and excellent with communication and keeping you informed.

We held a fitness event last minute here and it turned out great!So grateful for the manager for accommodating us so last minute.Amazing venue, manager was friendly and responded to any issues we had quickly. Decent price for the area so will definitely be using this place again.

In addition to Abilash's review, I'd like to make it very clear that the owner had given us his word that we would get our deposit back within a week however we are yet to receive it hence we are making all these reviews a week later. The owner is a compulsive liar and has made it to seem as though he is the victim where in fact he has not lost out on anything. His staff permitted the use of the fire exit to the decorator whom will leave her side of the story if need be. We will not be recommending this venue to anyone as it provides nothing but stress and an unpleasant experience.

Very unpleasant and cold venue. The staff were very unpleasant towards the end of the night and refused to give the deposit back. Very poor customer service. Offered some food to a staff and he had the audacity to clear out the food without even asking if all the guests have finished eating. It was a nightmare of a night mate. Sort it out
