Purchased a Dawes Arc II folding electric bike from Liskeard Cycles. Proprietor very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the purchase. Took the bike out on its first long ride around Bodmin Moor today and I am over the moon with it! Comfortable ride and good motor. Both the shop and the bike are highly recommended!

This is a proper cycle shop for the whole Family! Great choice of bikes and loads of other kit! Terrific service from experienced people that have been in the trade a good time .Don't mess with the internet go to Liskeard Cycles.....helped me out with a part for my front wheel skewer! Thoroughly impressed with the service and dedication. I called on a bank holiday weekend when the guy was closing early to go on (what I imagine was a well deserved) short break and it looked like I would be saddled (pun intended) with a useless bike for my holiday. After a few minutes the guy then called me back and stayed until my bike was fixed (while diligently dealing with grateful customers). Top guy and deserves all of your business.

I have used Liskeard Cycles a few times now and have to say they are brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Servicing a rather old hybrid, advice on a new bike and although I didn't buy my new bike from them they were more than happy to get the gears set up properly for me...........and let me have a old valve cap to replace one that was missing! Always cheerful and always happy to help. Thank you!

Abysmal! Twice I've been to this shop and both times Russell said the jobs I wanted doing were too technical. The first time I asked if he could service/bleed my brakes and the second time was to swap the bushings from one rear shock to another. It would have been difficult for him to have displayed any less interest in helping.

Excellent customer service. I popped in during a ride around the local area because I had a problem with my gears. I had never been to the shop before and despite the workshop being fully booked, my bike was fixed immediately, and I wasn't even charged! Very impressed. I would highly recommend using this shop. First class friendly service. Thanks.
