Sports Direct

It's sports direct. If you've lived in the UK for anything more than 3 months you know what you're getting from here. This one is bigger than most in the Swansea/Llanelli area. So if you're doing a big clothes shop, for example you have kids that are doing sports or you need general outdoor clothes. I'd make the trip here. Wide range if everything, plus sports equipment. And a 'Game' store inside for those rainy days when the kids just wanna play with the consoles

Customer service at the door and with young lady with the trainers at the back of the shop about 2pm was exceptionally good.

What a transformation this store has undergone.A complete new refit, and it looks amazing.They even sell top brands like Hugo, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Napapijri, levis to name but a few.Very helpful staff also. Highly recommend a visit

We tried to get a replacement for a 2-month-old pair of Nike trainers at the Carmarthen store, a 50-mile round trip, and the staff (manager Mark and another bloke who lied about his name) were rude and completely ignorant of consumer rights. The sole had parted company from the heel section and was hanging off.They claimed it was wear and tear not a manufacturing defect and wouldn't exchange them. We couldn't get anywhere with Sports Direct on Messenger or with emails, and saw their Trustpilot reviews, so as a company we won't be buying any more from them.But as a store I have to mark Llanelli and the manager, Mags, a 5 as they dealt with the problem swiftly and with no argument - said the shoes should not have done that in such a short time.I had a tip on a Facebook post that the Llanelli store was the polar opposite in attitude, so called and sounded out the manager, then did a 90-mile round trip to get a result - the result we should have had in Carmarthen. Full marks to Llanelli but everyone really should be singing from the same hymn sheet!

Fab range of products, unfortunately not available in the required size for trainers.But some good offers as normal, 2 4 £20 etc on certain ranges.

I have just bought a pair of football boots from this store in trostre and when I got home I was dumbstruck to find that they were used and they didn't even bother telling us or lowering the price absolutely awful

Always get what I want at a good price

If they wanted self service when buying trainers they should put all the sizes out for you to pick yourself.spent more time looking for staff to get me the right size than choosing the trainers I liked. Tried to be polite and not upset the staff when asked for different size.

Been coming to this gym for many years. Downstairs gym has had a lot of money spent on it but upstairs need refurbishment with the air con repaired. The toilets and showers also need updating.
