A well established family firm who we have used on two occasions. We were delighted with the the quality of the finished memorials , their service , advice and expertise are first class.At a time when it is difficult to concentrate your mind it is reassuring to know that you can rely on a professional company to give you the correct advice to ensure that everything meets your expectations.Highly recommended and nice to deal with a local company.

Would never recommend this place to anyone, especially when you are going through a tough time in your life and looking for headstones.Nothing but lack of compassion, lies and and disgusting attitude towards families. Quality of headstones are not as initially shown. Never mind getting pressured into purchasing quickly due to “prices going up” and other quite frankly disgusting sales tactics.Will be ensuring everyone we know never uses this company, and I hope this review saves at least one person from the pain and hassle we have had to go through.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and sales techniques. Following a bereavement you should be able to trust a company in this profession to provide a service without lies or verbal abuse. Please avoid ! There are others memorial headstone companies outwith Aberdeen who can provide a professional service at reasonable costs, and time scale, regardless of what this company may tell you. I am truly broken hearted still with my experience with this company and being told by the director Barry Mackland he has over 40 years experience, I would have thought he would have had some professionalism and compassion to understand the vulnerability of those seeking his advice, rather than take advantage of one's grief and lie to obtain an order and unfortunately not provide the quality expected and promised.

Given what they supply, they are very helpful, and go above and beyond to give you what you require. Superb service.

I’m absolutely gutted to be having to right this review, the last thing anyone wants after loosing a family member is to be having to leave a negative review to the people who make the headstone. After loosing mum to Covid-19 myself and sisters had the harrowing task of selecting a headstone fitting for mum. We spoke to Barry who was very Nice and extremely helpful so decided to place the order. 4 weeks later we contacted them and was told the headstone would be put in place the fallowing Monday. My wife visited the show room to look over the headstone and pay. All looked good she paid the bill and left in the knowledge that the stone would be fitted on the Monday. Monday came and I headed up to the Grave to see Mums Stone in place and I noticed a lot of what looked like scratches on the front and back of the stone. I emailed a lady called Lillian with some pictures who advised she would send her men up to check it out. The fallowing week I received an email from Lillian advising that the men had been up and inspected the stone and found that it wasn’t scratches on the stone but left over cement and that they had cleaned it. Around 30 Minutes later my wife called me to say Mums grave was a mess. The flowers had been trampled on , knocked over and there was lots of what looked like swarfega wipes all over the grave. I instantly advised my wife that I had just had an email from Lillian and so I called Lillian to advise of the mess. She instantly denied that this could have been caused by her staff and then proceeded to come up with other reasons like the weather. When I pointed out that if it was weather the other graves would be in the same mess she then advised that it may have been rabbits or deer as I had mentioned it looked like a stampede. I again said surly they would have targeted only mums grave and also pointed out the left over wipes to which she replied the graveyard has problems with litter. She then proceeded to advise her men went up on Monday and she had only just emailed me now (Thursday)as she had been off (I reminded her that I didn’t send the email reporting the scratches till about 9:30pm on the Monday night)I agreed to send her pictures as I clearly wasn’t getting anywhere on the phone. I emailed pictures and included pictures of some of the lettering coming off or fading I was told no way would that be happening. I sent pictures and was told they would have a look the next time they were up. Needless to say so far I have not heard anything else from this company so I’m guessing they haven’t bothered to go check. At this point I would be happy for this company to contact me and hopefully sort out the lettering but it doesn’t seem likely . I will update this review if I hear from them.
