Prime Health Harley Street

My experience with Prime Health is very positive across multiple appointments, the only drawback is the timing: the letters mention you should arrive 15 minutes early but every time I have done so I ended up waiting more than 15 minutes past the appt time.

I needed to book an appointment for a MRI scan and I couldn’t have been happier with how easily it was sorted and booked in!I turned up to very welcoming staff, in and out job done and I left feeling very well looked after by all.

I was going to be late for my appointment due to traffic/an accident despite leaving well in advance. There was no alternative travel arrangements possible. I called the reception and explained my situation, however, the clinic wasn't flexible at all.They asked me to cancel and rearrange it.Considering that this is a very typical situation that could happen, I was shocked by the complete lack of accommodation on their part. For a private clinic where people pay for a better level of service, I fail to understand why they treat patients like cattle going to an abattoir.

Seamless experience. All pre-appointment information was collected prior to the visit, and was seen on time. Will definitely recommend!

My dad has a broken back and came in today for MRI. The letter said 20 minutes and he tolerated a severe pain for 35 minutes and the operator she was very rude with bad attitude! Who gave you the right to treat people like that? She also asked him to stay another 30 minutes! What a joke

The team at Prime Health in Harley Street are fantastic! They are very welcoming, bringing our clients some of the best experience when having their MRI scans.
