Finest have recently fitted a new bathroom window for us and we have been so impressed with both the quality of the end product and also the professionalism and curtesy shown by the fitters who surveyed and installed the window. They were respectful of our home and totally cleaned up the work area once they had finished. Finest were able to fit us in quickly which allowed us to include a new window in our bathroom refurbishment project. Their office staff were extremely helpful throughout, explaining each step of the process and helped with various queries when we were choosing finishes and materials. We would definitely recommend them and will be using Finest for all future window replacements going forward.

Finest Windows have just completed the full replacement of one of our Bay Windows at our home. The whole installation was completed in under two days and the two installation men were just superb - clean, tidy, quiet, helpful and extremely efficient and productive. From start to completion, they worked diligently and made sure that we had nothing further to do when they left and they even repointed a few bricks on the bay to make the job look perfect. They also polished the new glazing units both inside and out. We are delighted with the job and would have no hesitation in recommending Finest Windows to anyone looking for a 5 star installation and service.

Finest fitted the windows in our new build home. 2 years later 3 windows have misting in between the panes. Finest state they aren't covered by 10 year guarantee unless you can provide an annual maintenance schedule? ! Neighbours literally had snow blowing under their patio door it was so badly fitted.

Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service I would recommend further training on manners within your workforce and good phone etiquette.

Moved into a seafront flat 4 months ago, large front window was fitted by this company 3 yearsyears ago. When the wind blows strongly from the south, there's a constant whine through the left hand sash. But apparently their warranty only covers the original purchaser, not the window, according to their terms and conditions. But after 3 emails to them asking to see their terms and conditions, we have had no replies whatsoever. So much for their email address starting with the words aftercare"!"
