the staff is not very friendly, at this gas station there is a car wash which is at least £ 2 air pump which sometimes does not work!

The fuel refueling feature in the BP app is currently not functioning properly. Additionally, the car wash service is not accepting contactless payments (contactless problem). Only on this station is alway something wrong.

Man with glasses and moustachevery rude, he shouldn't be working, he was very rude to my wife when she needed help with air pressure, probably speaks to his wife like that or he is racist because of who we are.

Desgusting customer service was thrown out of the store for “spending too much time inside” after only being in for 10 minutes absolutely vile behaviour and threatening towards customers

This is a petrol station - or in my case diesel. Its one of the more expensive in the area. Service is pretty good considering how poor the service is in the shops down the road . I wouldn't go out of my way to put fuel in here though.

the staffs at this station are very rude specially the old man with the glasses is very rude if you complain about something, he says it is his own BP and he will do whatever he needs, the attitude of staff is very bad and really rude, even when its quit if you ask any help they will not help you, been living in local I go there all the time, this BP has became really bad, since its a private own franchise BP there is nothing we can do, I wish BP take over this site.

5 stars for being The only place I've ever been to where the Costa machine always is consistently nice and fills to the brim everytime, get one on and off pretty much everyday last few years. Never once gave me half a cup

The shop was open for business, the customer toilets had a out of use sign on the door handle. I asked the assistant about the toilets his reply was they don't open until 8am"I'm sure all us night workers and taxi drivers would love to give that PATHETIC excuse to our customers.Totally unprofessional #fail"

There is a carwash issueI’m waiting in que and I just go inside to change my coins and in that time one lady came there and she park front of my car and she start washing and when i told one pump guy he said it’s your fault haha i said are you Serious I’m waiting for 10 mints here and he come to me and said to that it’s your faultShe cut me and that guy is supporting that lady like may he know that lady that’s whyAnd that guy is getting rude with when I’m telling him this happen
