Excellent, first time I have been here, friendly , knowledge and advised me I only needed one tyre changing rather than two, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

First time I dealt with them the experience was faultless but then the manager, who was renouned for his honesty died and with it the service.Went to have rear brakes done. They moaned they couldn't do it in a day because the bolts were rusty and difficult to remove so in desperation I told them to cut them off. So they charged me an extra 80 quid and I bet they never had to cut them off. Told me the locking nut was rusty and made a big drama out of that but when I tried it on the wheel the lock nut remover was a perfect fit. Replacing brakes isn't rocket science but this lot pretend it is and those with little knowledge know no better.Then they tried to sell me 4 new tyres when the tyres passed the MOT 1k previously with one advisory.Then the guy said he hadn't road tested the brakes but said they should be alright and to be fair they wereHad the front brakes done elsewhere and they had no problem removing the old brakes and did it in an hour. Usually it's the front brakes that have most wear but no alleged issues with seized bolts by other garage.I know a few other people with gripes against this outfit. Initially you can get away with these practices but people will eventually find you out and you lose your business. So it's not clever.

Fast Efficient Service with Polite & Friendly Staff. Not expensive for the work carried out. Would recommend

Always great service from these guys. Experienced friendly and prompt customer service.Dropped a star as I had to listen to a newer member of staff constantly swearing in the workshop near the waiting room - very unusual for this place.

I’m afraid it’s three strikes against for me at HiQ Burgess Hill.- Difficult to contact- Challenged on how well I knew ‘Neil’ (really missing Mark!)- Booked for a part replacement, arrived to have it fitted to be told they ordered the wrong part and the part isn’t available full stop. It’s a newer car, I found the part myself in 3 minutes online searching. Was told to try Railway Garages!!Sadly moving on to another garage.

This is a great grage, and I will definitely be coming back to them for my future needs. The staff were very friendly and the quality of work was great. The lead mechanic was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and ordered in the tyres, which arrived quickly. They were also able to give me an appointment a couple of days later. Very satisfied with the quality of work overall.

HiQ have consistently provided good service and decent prices. It has been refreshing to find a garage that tells you honestly what repairs are actually needed instead of an unhelpful list of 'advisory' work from the dealership. Thank you.
