Have been attending classes for around 2 months now. Incredibly welcoming from day one - instructors and other members both. Product of this is a friendly, considerate and caring atmosphere to train in. Highly recommend to anyone considering starting jiu-jitsu. Good mixture of belts from white up to black, strong relationships with neighbouring clubs mean guest instructors and new faces to roll with regularly.The club is quickly growing and at the time of writing this has just expanded to a new larger space and expanded timetable of lessons. Great time to join.

Supportive and excellent coaching, with attention to detail. Friendly club with members of all ages and abilities. Regular focused training on technique and as much sparring and pressure testing as you want. Good location, with lots of parking.

I have been going to this club for around 3 months now and from day one I was hooked. The whole club instantly made me feel welcome and that really put me at ease. What's great is there is a real sense of community with a great group of people.

Absolutely brilliant. Can’t fault both Kai and Sam who run this club. It’s friendly, warm and welcoming and you are part of a big team from day one. My son’s confidence has grown so much since he started 4 months ago and it’s continuing to grow. Everyone that attends this club are just great.

CF24 Caerphilly is one big family. There a huge range of experience and abilities from complete beginners up to black belt here. This club in inclusive of everyone.The club is run by Kai and Sam. They are extemely experienced and truly passionate about bjj and this really comes through in their teaching. They really have built an incredible club here.If you're thinking of joining, just come along try a session and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Amazing new club.Fantastic environment. Helpful, team spirited, friendly, no ego and insightful class.Kai and Sam are great teachers with a wealth of knowledge between them and are building a solid new Brazilian Jiu-jitsu club/team.

An amazing club, the begginers/fundamental classes are so detailed and technical. Then getting the chance to put that all into practice with all grades and experience levels in the adult classes has been great, I've learned so much already. Kai and Sam are so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere and willingness to help and learn is evident from the moment you step on the mats.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, fantastic instructors with experienced high standard of tuition. Location and timing of classes are perfect. Son is thoroughly enjoying it and making reasonable progress for his young age. Easily contactable and responsive to questions and always happy to provide feedback about each session of whats been practised. Really pleased to have the group in our village!
