Sam and the team recently laid a new patio and path at our home,using porcelain tiles, 60 square metres complete.Before starting the work, Sam listened to what I wanted and made suggestions on how to achieve the look I wanted.During the whole project, communication was excellent and the whole team very professional. They worked their socks off in such hot weather from early morning to late evening.One afternoon I missed my tesco delivery and they took it in for me and put it away! Amazing service.The difference the patio has made to our outside space is incredible and I am so please we found Norfolk Plant and had the work carried out by them. Norfolk Plant Services undertook the ground works for our new extension and were absolutely terrific. Communication was great, the works were well coordinated and managed.Our house is quite visible and access to bring materials in and out of the property is a little tricky but I think as a result of this coordination and general care taken we had no complaints from neighbours.Sam and his colleague also worked really hard and came up with a practical and workable solution to overcome an unforeseen problem and stayed very late in the evening to resolve the issue for us.Really impressed with the service and price and would have no hesitation at all in picking up the phone and using them again in the future.Highly recommend.
