Good selection of dog food and dog care products just lacking in a little selection for dog collars either they are too big, too small or very thin on the width but that’s not really their fault they just put out what they are sent.

Often visit this store knowing there is a good choice of products and always have plenty of stock on the shelves.Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help, give good advice on products and their uses or recommend a different product more suitable.At certain times they also give free gifts to pet owners, at Easter i was given an egg for my dog which he really enjoyed.

Good pet store, good location on retail park, staff very friendly, store let's you walk dog's around which is nice, we have used the claw cutting service and wash and trim service, will use again

The assistant that helped me, Alan, was very helpful and sorted out a mistake on their app that I found confusing. That saved me from having double the amount of my order being delivered. There is a nucleus of really good helpful people especially Alan at the Wisbech store. Thank you for your help.

Okay I wasn't to happy that there was not enough range of leashes and collars for large dogs but that is my only gripe. The shop is large and the staff are friendly and extremely helpfull. I been a number of times and the friendly staff are always helpfull. I can highly recommend this shop.
