Partner went to see the doctor with severe abdominal pain she was told it was only acid reflux and sent on her way. Well it wasn't after rushing her to Shrewsbury hospital they found that her appendix had burst and was sent into surgery. Clearly didn't care and a report filed with the local authority hopefully this will never happen again this was life threatening not acid reflux wouldn't recommend the doctor treating anyone clearly incompetent and needs striking off!!!!

‘Your call is very important to us’ clearly not if you’re not going to answer the phone? A lot of medical negligence going on here and bad customer service. Doctors or nurse do not give a toss if you’re dying or not. Just want to see you then send you away.

Used to be a good doctors surgery then got bought out like the rest of the surgeries now has been closed for ages now being stripped out

Think this practice is out of order you call up for an appointment for your child to see a doctor to be told by the receptionist that there are none available for 2 weeks. What happened to children being prioritized. It is so unreal that you can no longer rely on your own doctor or get an appointment with one and have to result in going to walk in centres. Pathetic, they should be ashamed of them selves.
