I'd spoken to KC Autos in Stoke to request a receipt for work my Dad had done on his car (this work was completed to a very high standard). The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful - and I hoped this service would continue, as we had our car (Macan, rear end damage) booked in for insurance repairs the following week.My car is now back today. We've had a new tailgate and bumper repair done and the service we've received and standard of work is exceptional. The car came up the drive looking brand new, with a very helpful gentleman overseeing both the delivery and collection.It was quite a awkward repair to do, but the end result is superb. We are delighted with the service we received.

Had my car repaired by kc Autos what a brilliant job they have done . the car came back perfect, inside and out body work you would not no it had been in a car accident .and they cleaned it like new carnt praised them enough . Wouldn't estate to use this company again .

Had a recent body repair done at KC Autos Festival Park. Service experienced was excellent, kept upto date from beginning to end by Glen and other members of staff who were all very helpful, knowable and friendly. Glen explained thoroughly what had been done to my vehicle when i collected it and the repair itself first class. Would highly recommend.A Swift

Car was sent here after a rear end shunt by the insurance company, called after 9 days to be told car hadn’t even been touched yet to then get a text the next day to say it would be ready in 7 days followed by a text an hour later to say all work had been done and the car was ready to collect, obviously concerning considering the structure of the car needed checking etc and not even 24 hours before this the car was untouched by these guys, however collected the car and they have replaced the back bumper which is great but they have broken my indicator bulb, the car absolutely stinks of wet dog with traces of fur and dirty paw prints all over the back seats!! and they’ve also left the shopping list in the car so have obviously been using my car unauthorised!! Wouldn’t recommend anybody using this garage at all! They’ve also chipped my windscreen in 2 separate places! And there’s scuff marks all over the car!!! Stay clear!!
