Got them in on less than 3 days notice, fixed various blinds etc in the house - top quality job, quick and good value

It seems communication is the biggest hurdle I've experienced with them. I made some enquiries as I have some broken slats. Was asked to send images via WhatsApp and did that but didn't get a response, from that given number to someone called Johnny. When I emailed them they asked can I send the images again. never got a response from the given WhatsApp number, so sent the images via email this time. They weren't able to open the images so had to reformat the photos. Receieved a response stating that i would need replacement slat. Was then instructed to send measurments so they could do a quote. I emailed them back with the measuremnts, twice, and never receieved a response from either of the messages.

Very impressed with this firm's competence!The whole process from first enquiry to appointment and work carried out was completely 'hassle-free', professional and friendly. Johnnie and Jeff arrived on time to fix my favourite, old blinds and repaired them and the whole mechanism expertly (without making a mess). It was reasonably prised, too!Such a pleasure to meet competent people in this day and age!

Repaired my slatted blinds perfectly. Very nice and friendly couple of guys. A bit expensive but cheaper than replacement would have been. Thank you.

Johnny and Geoff were so helpful and polite, and they sorted out my blinds problems, taking care to be kind to my blinds and being proactive in sorting out any issues they came across.

Excellent! fixed 2 blinds - punctual - very pleasant - efficient and caring. Other shops said they would have need replaced completely. So nice to see people that work with care and also consideration for the customer.

A really lovely organisation to deal with, in particular Johnny and Jeff who measured and fitted the blinds which look great.I had loads of questions, all of which were answered with great patience and my only regret is that I didn't get the blinds a long time ago.I would recommend the company without hesitation.

Highly recommend! They fixed two roller blinds in 30mins and the finishing was perfect.
