I went into Herbert Todd on Monday morning needing a fridge and washer/dryer fitted for my son's new rental in Harrogate. Colin and team advised me on the best models to buy, not the most expensive, gave me a great price, and had everything fitted and in place by the end of the week, with no stress or hassle. Brilliant service and far easier than having to deal with an internet or phone order. These guys are the same price as buying online but are so much better.

We went to the Harrogate shop for a cooker where we found a really good selection of choices on offer. We were given sound advice about choosing a cooker to suit our needs. The appliance arrived on time as promised with great Co ordination between the company and the gas fitter. Dean and Declan, who delivered to and fitted the cooker, were first rate in their approach to the job and worked so well with Paul, the gas fitter. They were all knowledgeable, conscientious and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them: we definitely had the “A” team. We would highly recommend this company for their outstanding service. Many thanks

Having just purchased hob & oven from the York store & fridge freezer from Harrogate store I must compliment the service I received from Dave, I did have some questions around delivery which he solved for us with the great help from the delivery team they were so professional and emaculately tidy. Must also mention the electricians who installed and connected the hob & oven yet again very professional and efficient would have no problem using this excellent company again
