Thomas provided excellent service and very knowledgeable in providing me with detail explanation of what has done wrong with my car and what he will be doing to get it back up and running!I had got my rs3 timing chain replaced and the car has been running incredibly ever since. For the quality of service and work you'd imagine high end pricing however I was given a fair price for the work which was conducted.Have been back since to get back brakes and discs changes but I would 100% recommend to family and friends.Thanks again

Owner caught on my dashcam abusing my Audi S4 and taking it for a 70mph joy ride down the local 30mph school road ...an unprofessional outfit at best... They later get in my car and disconnect my dashcam OUTSIDE of shop working hours! The work requested did not include any prerequisite test drive, I even had my car delivered to them on a trailer.The dashcam footage is available on YouTube, they already tried to take it down with a false copyright claim which was refuted and the video re-instated. Please do further research via Google for vag technic car abuse.To top it all off, my engine seized 1500 miles after their timing job. They had my car for 8 weeks after quoting me 2-4 weeks for the job and returned the car with a noisy engine consuming 2x more oil than before. These issues were raised multiple times with them and I was told it's normal". 4 weeks after their work the engine seized and I spent 2 months trying to get VAG Technic to inspect their work under warranty which they were not interested in.. Sourced a replacement engine and had an independent garage disassemble the old engine

Took my audi s4 b8.5 here last month with an issue of engine cutting out on top end, they couldn't replicate or find the fault which was a shame but the gent I spoke to was very polite. my neighbour who is a plumber actually managed to diagnose the fault as a faulty fuel pump control module and no more limp !!

Great service and clearly very experienced technicians… Tomas diagnosed the issue with my car and fixed it in a timely manner.. keeping me updated with progress and cost along the way. He did this with a view to keeping the cost down whilst maintaining a high standard of repair. I would definitely recommend this garage for any VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda

AVOID, they take your money and don't do what they are supposed to on the day they say. They fob you off when you chase them up and tell you not to ring them when you complain about the service. Best of training a dog who would look after you better.

Had a problem with my S4. Had been to several mechanics but none could properly diagnose. Tom and Miroslav know their stuff. You need to wait for a slot as they're so busy but defo worth the wait. 5 stars and defo higy recommend.
