4 stars because it took almost 4 weeks from removal of old kitchen, delivery and then installation.. Be prepared to have a makeshift kitchen in the meantime.. Quality and professionalism throughout

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wren Kitchens that I feel compelled to share. Their customer service was shockingly poor, and I'm left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire ordeal.First and foremost, their designer designed 2 kitchens for me and showed me what materials do I need, they then sent excessive quantity of items. When my kitchens were finished, I told them that there are items which were excessive and not used, still in packing, like a whole countertop, and that I would like to return those items. They said that they can’t return nor refund as I signed the agreement.The sell you more items, didn’t give me a chance to consult the design with someone, and made me sign the contract, and then on the basis of that they don’t refund or return.It was their designer’s fault who designed the kitchen, it was his job to make sure how much material would be needed.This whole experience has left me feeling like I've been taken advantage of.I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Wren Kitchens to think twice and explore other options. Even if you do buy from them, never sign the agreement before you actually install the kitchen. Dealing with them has been an exercise in frustration and disappointment, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. A company that values its customers would have promptly acknowledged their error and made every effort to make things right. Unfortunately, that's not the kind of company Wren Kitchens appears to be.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Wren Kitchens Erdington, particularly from sales advisor Loriesha Walters. While she was initially friendly and helpful during the sales process, her attitude and behavior changed dramatically once the purchase was complete.After the installation of my kitchen, I discovered several issues with the workmanship and quality of the materials. When I contacted Wren Kitchens to address these issues, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency. Loriesha Walters, in particular, was dismissive of my concerns and made excuses for the poor quality of the work.I was repeatedly told that the issues I raised .I was left feeling frustrated and helpless, as my dream kitchen had turned into a nightmare. The adds make thes lot look fab , but it’s not I though I would be saving but still ended costing .. and added frustration, hazard to your health.In addition to the poor workmanship and customer service, I was also disappointed with the lack of communication from Wren Kitchens. The customer services was no good ether, they just want to sell more things to you , now I have to buy more stuff to redesign my kitchen. Loriesha Walters, then refused to serve me when I gave her some constructive criticism.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens Erdington. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The poor workmanship by getting my measurements incorrect lack of customer service, and lack of communication have made me regret my decision to purchase a kitchen from Wren.I hope that Wren Kitchens will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their customer service.

I only write google reviews when something has exceeded my expectations.I ordered my new kitchen from Wren kitchens in Erdington. I also had it fitted by there approved kitchen fitter Lukasz.I ordered the whole kitchen including kitchen sink, taps, cooker, oven, gas hob, extracter hood and Splash back. They sent a man to measure up. Then I went to pick the kitchen in store no hard sell. I picked what I liked and the kitchen designer John Fox was very helpful in store he showed me the options and I was able to ask lots of questions. Delivery date arrived kitchen was delivered only 1 minor part was damaged but the kitchen fitter Lukasz emailed them and the part was delivered within 2days. Lukasz was very good extremely professional and super organised. He arrived at 8am and started work he arranged the gas safe engineer to be on sight to remove gas cooker and also on completion date to check and reconnect the new cooker. He arranged the electrician & came at weekend to explain to him what he needed to be done so the extracter hood and sockets where in right place. I found Lukasz very professional and the whole kitchen from start to finish was done in a matter of days. The old kitchen was removed and disposed by Wren. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen and can't really fault the process from start to finish was very smooth from ordering to delivery to fitting. Wren kitchens communication through out was great and was always kept informed what was happening when things where going to be delivered and if any issues who to contact.I would recommend Wren as having a kitchen is a major purchase and needs to be done right.I have included pictures of the kitchen.The 1st picture is the Wren design.Thank you Wren kitchens for making it a smooth process.

Very pleased we went with Wren for our kitchen. We didn't have any issues with the delivery and the finished kitchen looked the way it has been designed and visualised. Wren has been really helpful from start to end, taking us through the design process was relatively painless. We've been to other kitchen specialist but the experience weren't that favourable.We love the kitchen top and the available options in the showroom.Delivery was on time and care was taken to ensure it was delivered without damages to the units.Overall, we are happy with the new kitchen!

An amazing place to come and purchase your kitchen. I recently made a purchase with Wren and they went through all my options of choices, from door handles to draws to appliances to even the small lighting.Once completed, they'll send you a message with a 3d virtual reality. It's so amazing seeing your kitchen as how it will look.Definitely worth visiting.

Wrenovation to Wrenightmare. Most of the kitchen arrived damaged. I did not order a damaged kitchen Wren have been unresponsive after numerous emails. I have been left with no usable kitchen as I have had to cancel my fitters and this has already dragged on for a few weeks. I would recommend you avoid this place and save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

Came to visit on a Saturday afternoon at Wrens Kitchen in Erdington. Anaiya Powell shortly approached us, and discussed with us the different options, letting us know what Wren could do for us.Anaiya you are a credit to your organization, you were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Wren has the worst customer service process especially once goods are purchased. Bad experience from me, bad experience for my parent and bad experience from a friend. 3 / 3 who bought from Wren cant be a coincidence. Wish I listened and bought elsewhere instead of falling for the charms of the designers who constantly contradicts themselves on the act of the possible. Now I have to pay for their inability to do their jobs well.The measuring team got it wrongDesign team got it wrong and when corrections were made, the explanation was poorPre fit went wrongNow i have a 240mm gap in my utility after paying £25k which I have to pay a further £291 to fix and also need to wait 2 weeks to receive the items! A joke!

I can only give praise for Stacey Dyer (Erdington Branch) she was so understanding and guided me through to make the correct choices for our new kitchen. this now been installed and it is absolutely perfect and made of high quality materials. The whole process of ordering through to delivery exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Wren kitchens.
