This is not or has never been a residential care home as advertised, it is and has been a private family home for 25 years. This is the most extreme case of misleading advertisement I have ever seen and all without the owners permission!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible! Clueless. AAI carer was spotted upstairs whilst the person she was supposed to be carrying for escaped out the front door and tried to get help from passing strangers! If you care about your loved ones stay away from this care provider they are atrocious.
