Overcooked sausage rolls, rest of the food was great

Never seem to have any food at all. Only ever have sausage rolls and the occasional other favourite (steak bakes, chicken bakes). Quick service and friendly staff but no stock.

The store is fully wheelchair accessible but can be very tight with a wheelchair when it’s busy they do offer soya milk to put in tea and there sausages rolls are a big favourite the staff are friendly and helpful though I wish they did a range of gluten free and dairy free products

Newly refurbished (and long overdue). Really nicely finished inside and now plenty of space for customers to queue inside in an orderly manner. Same nice staff though (hello Mary!)

Staff too busy to check food is hot ,and tables not cleaned between customers staff were quite rude when asked to clean table ,so this time sat in restuarant next door and no one came out to clean tables even after my complaint to head office a couple of weeks ago but next door cleaned between customers, will not go in that Gregg's again as staff were quite rude and obviously ignored our complaint
