Shocking customer service! The compressor they fitted failed on a Saturday with a full clinic of patients, called Chester Boyt (director) who simply was not bothered telling me to email on Monday because he does not normally answer the phone! Considering how reliant they are on dental clinics for their business, they were very unhelpful! Having to now call out an independent engineer to fix Eclipse faulty equipment- very quick to take payment but slow to repair. Disappointing how poor the support is given how much business we have given them via our multiple sites.

We have had many dealings with Eclipse over the years and are a terrific company to deal with.They put themselves out to help with emergency call outs, their engineers are always courteous, knowledgable and generally understand the workings of the most complex dental equipment.They never leave a mess and work in a clean and tidy manner. They are a very professional outfit.

They recently converted a small office into a fully equipped hygienist surgery. We are delighted with the result. I recently decided to refurbish my surgery, with some new units, flooring and ceiling lights. I contacted 3 or 4 companies that I found on google, but the one that stood out head and shoulders from their first reply, was Eclipse. The whole process was handled very professionally from start to finish and once we agreed a date and time frame, they made it happen. I upgraded my cupboards to the sedona" units

After previously using Eclipse for single surgery refurbishment, we of course turned to them for design and quotes for our newly built practice. We have used Eclipse for many years for servicing and repair, and we know we can trust their experience and skills to always ensure our practice is running well. We had several delays during building, which we nothing to do with Eclipse, however they were very amenable to working around our needs and supporting us when needed. We specifically wanted a practice that was minimalistic and calming with a pop of colour which the chairs certainly give! We have had many wonderful compliments from patients, and external contractors who have been on this journey with us. 10/10 would use again!
