Citidogs has been consistently incredible! We have our dog there three times a week. He loves it! He gets sooo excited every time we drop him off - he can barely wait!At first his paws were getting quite raw from running around lots. I notified Citidogs and they now have taken special procautions (giving him loads of extra rests) and his paws are absolutely fine.Their service is personal and amazing. I can't recommend them enough!

My dog has been going since he was a puppy. Now 8 years old he still loves his days at citi (although more for sleeping)Staff are great, they clearly love their dog friends. Would recommend.

My dog Archie has been going to Citidogs for the last 6 months and I couldn't recommend it more. He absolutely loves it, the staff are really friendly and he's always excited to see them which is a great sign. I also appreciate how flexible Sarah and team are as I quite often have to change his day and it's never a problem. Citidogs has also helped Archie socialise with other dogs and get lots of exercise whilst I am at work. He loves it!

My dog has been going to Citidogs for some time now and loves it. She goes in happily and is always tired out when we pick her up. The staff are really excellent with her and are really accommodating if days or hours need to be changed.

I contacted Citidogs to enquire about starting my puppy with them. If I could rate them zero stars I would. I literally received an answer to my online form saying that they don’t cover my area for collection, fair enough, I’d drop him off and collect him, but THEN they told me this:‘We are unable to offer appointments for viewings at this time but if you’d like to enrol and have your dog start without one then please complete and return the form below along with a copy of their vaccination card and then just let us know which day(s) you’d like to book and whether it’s for a Puppy Party, half or full day!’Something is clearly not adding up here that this company would think that you would drop off your precious puppy having never seen where he would be looked after nor met any staff members or have any idea what he was going to be up to.Highly unimpressed!

Jess has attended Citidogs for a few years nows and absolutely loves it. She pulls on her lead with excitement to get through the gate in the morning, and never seems to want to come home at the end of the day. I take that as an excellent sign! The care Sarah and her team provide is invaluable. very professional with a very apparent love of dogs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A fantastic place! The staff cannot be more helpful and the dogs are very well looked after whilst in the care of Citidogs. Citidogs are very flexible with booking as long as it's in advance. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

FYI this facilities practices breed specific discrimination. Super dated way of treating pups and greatly disappointed this is happening in 2023. Note that our dog is actually trained as a support dog so even more jarring.Direct quote from their booking staff:Over our 13 years of operating we’ve noticed patterns of behaviours in certain breeds of dogs which appear not due the individual nature of each dog but their innate breed traits and we now know from our experience that we don’t provide an environment in which [these] breeds

My 7yr old Husky has been going here since he was a puppy. The staff are very friendly and properly caring for a the dogs, just as if they were their own. They have gone out of their way to take care of Loki while his broken toe heals. No jumpies or zoomies! But still some fun and socialising.

We tried Citidogs when first moving to Edinburgh and I can't say I'd recommend. Initial communication is really good and the service is convenient, but I'm not happy with the quality of care. When picked up by the bus service, it was just a white van with crates stacked in the back, which wasn't really what I'd expected. My dog was obviously anxious to be bundled in with all the other loudly barking dogs, but he was shoved in a crate and driven off. When dropped off again, there was no attempt to put him on a leash, he was just let straight out of the van, so he ran off down the street. Thankfully he's been trained not to go into the road, so he was easy to get back but I was shocked by the blasé attitude.I've volunteered as a foster carer with Dogs Trust for seven years before getting my dog, so I've worked hard at socialising him well with positive experiences, but after his walk with Citidogs, he's started snapping at other dogs if he feels too penned-in on tight streets, something he's never done before. I suspect he's been traumatised by his experiences in their care.We haven't used Citidogs since.
