I recently rented a studio flat in Westpoint Apartment with CERT property and with the amazing help of Joelle, she was an absolute star! This is my first time renting in the UK and I was a bit scared of how complicated the process could be but they made me feel so comfortable and the process felt very smooth!I would recommend their services 100%. Everything was shown to me as clear and honest as possible and I am very happy with the studio.

Our experience with CERT property has been wonderful. Specially, Riva has been extremely helpful during our stay for 2.5 years and also during our move out process. Any issues during our period of stay were addressed in a timely manner and Riva was always approachable. She made the move out process very easy for us as well and was kind enough to facilitate an early move. It was a great experience overall.

The whole team at Cert have been amazing to work with over the last few years. Initially started with short term lets, which wasn't at all cost effective due to the hit and miss nature of bookings whilst still incurring costs. The team were quick to acknowledge after trying the short term lets in the current climate, that it wasn't a good option and swiftly moved things to long term lets and it didn't take long to find tenants. Riva in particular has been fantastic in managing everything.

My experience with CERT was wonderful. The application process was straightforward and easy to complete. During my check in I arrived out of hours due to flight scheduling and special thanks to Joelle as she was able to accommodate me. She is very friendly and professional and it was overall a very good experience.

My family and I lived in Insignia for two years, and they were the best days of our lives. We loved the friendly neighbourhood, the convenient location, and the stunning views from our apartment. The living space and building insulation were perfect for our needs, and the apartment was always clean and tidy. Bradley and Joelle were always helpful and responsive, and we felt safe and secure in our home. Even when we forgot our keys on the door a few times, our kind neighbours warned us to bring them in. We miss Insignia dearly.

After a few months of apartment hunting, I finally rented my first property thanks to Riva. She made the process so easy and very straightforward for me. She was very responsive to all my many queries and did this so well in a professional and polite manner. She’s also been particularly helpful in getting contractors to put a few bits in order while I settled in well. Great work, Riva - I’m very impressed.
