A medium sized station with good links to Liverpool Lime Street, Manchester Picadilly and Liverpool John Lennon Airport.Trains are regular and the station is very clean. A reasonable amount of seating on the platforms.

The staff were lovely and helpful at South Parkway. There is a seating area just around the corner from Costa with free tea and coffee and biscuits just next to the lift which is a great little find if you are there too early for your train. The lady working here Anne-marie is lovely too. There are lots of staff around who are smiling and helpful and willing to offer advice and help you out.

I've been to this station many times, and I think it's great. Very clean, very friendly staff and toilets and facilities are available. It's also very modern. It includes bus services to Liverpool city centre and Liverpool John Lennon airport. With train services to Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Southport and many other places. Which also means it's great place for trainspotters.It also includes a long stay car park.In my opinion it's a fantastic station and I highly recommend it !

Pretty quiet station, one pro is that its only 10 mins away from the john lennon airport and buses are very frequent (no longer than 10 min) but accessibility wise its a bit of a nightmare. Currently the lifts going between platforms 1 (& 4 i think?) are broken so you do have to trek up and down a few flights of stairs.Staff were kindly on hand to help people with mobility issues but it would be nice if the lifts could be repaired!

Used to be good but not now. Airport bus service sometimes unreliable and stops frequently. By the way: airport best avoided too with absurd overly strict liquids in hand baggage policy and UNPLEASANT security staff.

This is a quality station. Possibly the only clean toilets in the UK. They were a pleasure to use. As for all the other stations, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

If we don't take the Merseyrail's service in account this place is really clean and modern - though ice-cold with its metal seats... Great train and bus junction. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
