From start to finish Arlo made the selling process as smooth as possible.Informative on how the property should be marketed and found suitable buyers to view. Although this is a new company in the Estate agent market the wealth of knowledge and expertise was apparent having used a local well known company previously to my sale who did not have the same care when it came to selling I would urge people to try Oliver Hart first rather then the big names if they want a premier service.

We instructed Oliver Hart Estate Agents to sell our rental property- all the way in Kent. We got a buyer with a great offer in the first weekend of showings. The sale process did not go without it's hick-ups and solicitors on both sides made it extra tricky, but Arlo was like our night in shining armour! He was a great communicator for both us and the buyer and if not for him, we would most probably still be waiting to exchange.No one wants a selling or purchasing of property to drag on for months- we've all heard the horror stories.
