This is the BEST phone store not just in Essex - but in ALL of the Greater London Region. My Samsung phone had cracked and begun to rise at the back. I could only find a few places where it could be repaired and I now KNOW I picked the right one. These fine people went out of the way to see that I was happily accommodated and I was SO entirely grateful that they did. I will definitely be back - and will recommend this brilliant store - with its delightful staff and wonder-working engineer - to ALL and sundry. This is a Life-Saving institution. Rest assured you can't do better than THIS. I Promise you THAT!

Rating this a 1 star as there’s no option for a lower rating. A few weeks ago I brought in my IPhone to replace the glass on the back of my phone. When returned to me, I was given a faulty phone with issues to turning on the device and mainly the camera. When arguing my position over the poor service on my phone I was greeted with quite frankly rude and ignorant customer service, with them saying these errors to my phone are somehow my doing even though it functioned fine before,as I only brought it in for screen damage. With their complete lack of responsibility and horrendous customer service I’d recommended customers stay far away.

This scam of a business broke my phone after I asked them to repair a simple broken screen. They over charged me, and when asked about why the price was so high they refused to give me my phone back until I payed the full £280 (When I first asked about how much it would cost they said £200). Not only did they over charge me when payed I went to use the phone however the screen did not work. It made a constant buzzing sound but the screen would not turn on. Finally when I confronted them about this they claimed to have never served me and denied all knowledge of my purchase there. I would highly recommend to shop elsewhere.

First time came to Mobile store loughton branch. I was recommended by my grand daughter. Bought a new charger and tempered screen glass. Very good service and highly recommend.

Went in for a simple back glass repair on an iPhone 12 Pro. Gave me the phone back without flash or the front camera working. They took the phone back to inspect when I realised and said they’d order parts. Only for me to find that a screw was missing and the phone was scratched.They replaced the camera, but Face ID no longer worked and no replacement screw was provided. The phone began to overheat and die throughout the day. The screen then started to detach from the phone and the back glass broke yet again.I have had to buy a new phone, when my phone was perfectly working in the first place.I did receive a refund for the initial repair, but the cost has been exponential and I am left with a broken and useless phone.

I thought my elderly iPhone would need to be replaced after I dropped it in a sink full of water. They repaired it in a few hours. Very happy.
