I may have been overly generous with the stars. Only 5 of 20 plants ordered turned up - after a week in transit due to an issue in the warehouse. Made them aware of the the issue and was told they would sort which they did but again with plants in transit for a week packed into an undersized box. Unsurprisingly a couple of the small trees are looking really sad and probably won’t make it. I’ve spent many hundreds with J Parker’s over the years but first (and last time) going through the wholesale business. False economy when plants turn up need life support.

I have ordered 4 different varieties of tulips, 25 bulbs of each. Three packs look OK, but one pack is destroyed. I could hardly pick 11 bulbs out of 25, and I am not sure they are healthy, as they have been in the same bag. I have also kept them together with other variaties, so now I am afraid that the whole order could be infected.

I had ordered some roses and were supposed to be delivered in November.I had asthma attack and would not have been able to do any gardening. I spoke to Stewart and he facilitated the refund immediately. Great service, polite and efficient....thanks.

Always had great service in all the years that I have been using J Parker. Order updates are good, products are well packaged with recyclable materials.I've only contacted customer service once. A couple of years ago I purchased bare root hedging (Purple Beech) but it has become apparent that it's Green Beech. As there is a considerable price difference (Purple is higher priced), I contacted customer service who promptly and satisfactorily resolved my query.Five stars all the way!

Everything was so simple to order what bulbs I required. Confirmation of order was rapid with a delivery within 28 days . Bulbs arrived after 14 days so I was very pleased , they were in good condition clean and firm , so thankyou . I have since ordered again and I am awaiting my delivery. An all round excellent service !

I ordered several items, three mixed packs, a rose and an acer. Unfortunately the acer died, the other plants were of good quality and value for money. When I contacted J Parker, three months later (I was hoping that the tree would survive) they responded immediately. I was sent an apology and a replacement by return of post. I am very happy with the service and how they dealt with the situation when things don’t go to plan. I will definitely recommend them and be ordering more plants in the future.
